Savings and discount program
Customers of our online store have the opportunity to become members of the savings and discount program.
- You can become a member of the savings and discount program by registering on the website.
- To participate in the savings and discount program, the Client is obliged to place orders directly through his personal account on the website. Orders placed not through an account will not be included in the database of the loyalty program.
- Only one account on the website can be registered per participant of the loyalty program.
- The savings and discount program is cumulative and entitles its holder to a discount in accordance with the scale provided for upon accumulation of a certain amount (monetary threshold):
Accumulated from UAH 15000 - 3%.
Accumulated from UAH 50,000 - 5%
Accumulated over UAH 100,000 - 7%.
- The discount and the accrual of the amount (accumulation of the amount) are provided only to registered users of the site.
- The discount under the savings and discount program is recalculated with each subsequent purchase.
- The discount under the accumulative discount program is not provided for discounted goods, sales, as well as other promotional offers.
- When returning a product from the accumulative discount program, the amount and size of the discount is deducted, and the accumulated amount is reduced.
- In case of loss of access to the personal account on the website, the Client should use the "Forgot your password?" function button in the dialog box of the account login window on the website. To restore access to the personal account (participant of the savings and discount program), you must have access to the e-mail address to which the registration was made.
The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the actual terms and conditions of the loyalty program at any time without prior notice to the program participants.
