To provide the best service to our customers, we ship all domestic orders via NOVA POST.
For international orders, we use Nova Post, INPOST, Fedex, DHL. You can check the possible delivery methods to your country by clicking here, as well as by selecting your country when placing an order.
Please note that although we offer expedited delivery via Nova POST, orders that are in stock are usually processed within 2-3 business days.
Items that are out of stock at the time of ordering are automatically placed in backorder status and shipped when they become available. Orders will be shipped in installments unless otherwise specified by the client. The client is responsible for all shipping costs.

Domestic orders in Ukraine :
- payment is possible at a Nova Post office
Orders abroad
- Payment by bank card

Payment is possible using international bank cards Visa and MasterCard with the help of  LiqPay payment service or MonoBank

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We will gladly accept any return provided the item has its original packaging, instructions, receipt, return authorization and has not been washed. Returns are not accepted on expired items.
Goods must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase. It must be unused and undamaged. All returns will be thoroughly inspected before a refund, credit or exchange is issued.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
